The rush of posts at the Fox News site makes it the "most talked about" issue,
according to a ranking on the right side of the page. One contributor to the page had this to say: "Not old news, just
a burning question that needs an answer, and while your at it, get
some of that other hidden, sealed information uncovered like, his
passport to Indonesia, his college records, etc. There are so many
unanswered questions, and frankly you all dropped the ball before
the election."
In his questioning of Gibbs,
Kinsolving specifically made reference to the WND petition. "Are
you looking for the president's birth certificate?" he asked
incredulously. "Lester, this question in many ways continues to
astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy with the seal of the
president's birth. I know there are apparently at least 400,000
people - (laughter) - that continue to doubt the existence of and
the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president's birth
there, but it's on the Internet because we put it on the Internet
for each of those 400,000 to download. I certainly hope by the
fourth year of our administration that we'll have dealt with this
burgeoning birth controversy."
It was the first time
any member of the press corps has publicly asked a member of the
administration a question directly related to Obama's constitutional
eligibility for office as a "natural born citizen."
Just last week, Farah announced the billboard campaign
to raise public awareness of the fact that Obama has never released
the standard, "long-form" birth certificate that would show which
hospital he was born in, the attending physician and establish that
he truly was born in Hawaii, as his autobiography maintains.
The "Certification of Live Birth" posted online and
widely touted as "Obama's birth certificate" does not in any way
prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same "short-form" document is
easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true
"long-form" birth certificate - which includes information like the
name of the birth hospital and attending physician - is the only
document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he has
not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny.
Oddly, though congressional hearings were held to
determine whether Sen. John McCain was constitutionally eligible to
be president as a "natural born citizen," no controlling legal
authority ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth.
Both the petition and the billboard campaign are part
of what Farah calls an independent "truth and transparency
campaign."
The first sign to be
posted under the week-old campaign, a digital, electronic one, is up
and online on Highway 165 in Ball, La. - the result of a donation by
the owner. In addition, based on the heavy volume of financial
donations in the first two days of the campaign, WND was able to
commit to leasing two more standard billboards - one in Los Angeles
and the other in Pennsylvania. It will take several weeks to get
those billboards up because of the vinyl printing and shipping
involved. Yesterday, WND agreed to lease another electronic
billboard in Orange County, Calif. While the campaign is off to
a robust start, many viewers have asked why Obama's name is not
included in the billboard. Farah said the matter was carefully
considered.
"There are several reasons we chose the
message: 'Where's the birth certificate?'" he explained. "There is
only one birth certificate controversy in this country today -
despite the near-total absence of this issue from coverage in the
non-WND media. This is a grass-roots issue that resonates around the
country, as our own online petition with nearly 400,000 signers
suggests. In addition, I like the simplicity of the message. I like
the fact that the message will cause some people to ask themselves
or others about the meaning of the message. It will stir curiosity.
It will create a buzz. I'm assuming when these billboards are
springing up all over the country, it might even make some in the
news media curious. And there's one more factor that persuaded me
this was the way to go.
"Come 2012, campaign laws
will pose restrictions on political advertising mentioning the names
of presidential candidates. This one clearly doesn't. I would like
to see the federal government make the case that this is somehow a
political ad," he said.
Farah said the campaign was
born of frustration with timid elected officials in Washington,
corrupt judges around the country and a news media that show a
stunning lack of curiosity about the most basic facts of Obama's
background - especially how it relates to constitutional eligibility
for the highest office in the land.
"As Obama
transforms this country from self-governing constitutional republic
to one governed by a central ruling elite, the simple fact remains
that no controlling legal authority has established that he is
indeed a 'natural born citizen' as the Constitution requires," Farah
said. "Obama's promises of transparency have become a bad joke as he
continues to hide simple, innocuous documents like his birth
certificate and his student records."
The idea behind
the billboard campaign is to make sure Obama cannot avoid this
question any longer. He must be asked to produce it at every turn,
Farah says. Billboard space is currently being hunted in Houston,
Dallas, Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle and other metro areas.
"Is it unusual for a news agency to launch such a
campaign?" asks Farah. "Yes it is. But we live in very unusual
times. The founding fathers built special protections into the First
Amendment for the free press. The reason they did that is because
they understood a vibrant 'Fourth Estate' was necessary as an
independent watchdog on government. It is in that tradition that WND
assumes this role - since nobody else in the press will do it."
"I wish such a campaign were not absolutely
necessary," said Farah. "I wish there were checks and balances in
our political and electoral systems to ensure that constitutional
eligibility of presidential candidates was established before
politicians could assume the highest office in the land. I wish my
colleagues in the news media believed the Constitution really means
what it says and pressed this issue as hard as we have pressed it at
WND. I wish radio talk-show hosts were bold enough to ask this
question. But wishing is not enough. It's time to raise the
visibility of this issue vital to the rule of law in America. I ask
everyone to pitch in and help WND make a simple yet profound
statement: The Constitution still matters."

It
must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the
American descent into Marxism is happening with breath taking
speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple,
excuse me dear reader, I meant people.
True, the
situation has been well prepared on and off for the past
century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing
grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test
it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up
our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall
Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.
Those lessons were
taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for
the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of
their elites and betters.
First, the
population was dumbed down through a politicized and
substandard education system based on pop culture, rather than
the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV
dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives.
They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds
burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional
rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights
and about our "democracy". Pride blind the foolish.
Then their faith
in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of
thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for
the most part little more than Sunday circuses and their
televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more
than happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the
"winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another.
Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would
be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to
reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy
Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America.
The final collapse
has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the
past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and
money printing has been a record setting, not just in
America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for
more than another year, and there is no sign that it will not,
America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst
Zimbabwe.
These past two
weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the
announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine
tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their
thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars.
These make our Russian oligarchs look little more than
ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have
beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we
congratulate them?
These men, of
course, are not an elected panel but made up of appointees
picked from the very financial oligarchs and their henchmen
who are now gorging themselves on trillions of American
dollars, in one bailout after another. They are also usurping
the rights, duties and powers of the American congress
(parliament). Again, congress has put up little more than a
whimper to their masters.
Then came Barack
Obama's command that GM's (General Motor) president step down
from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader,
in the land of "pure" free markets, the American president now
has the power, the self given power, to fire CEOs and we can
assume other employees of private companies, at will. Come
hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions.
So it should be no
surprise, that the American president has followed this up
with a "bold" move of declaring that he and another group of
unelected, chosen stooges will now redesign the entire
automotive industry and will even be the guarantee of
automobile policies. I am sure that if given the chance, they
would happily try and redesign it for the whole of the world,
too. Prime Minister Putin, less than two months ago, warned
Obama and UK's Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it
only leads to disaster. Apparently, even though we suffered 70
years of this Western sponsored horror show, we know nothing,
as foolish, drunken Russians, so let our "wise" Anglo-Saxon
fools find out the folly of their own pride.
Again, the
American public has taken this with barely a whimper...but a
"freeman" whimper.
So, should it be
any surprise to discover that the Democratically controlled
Congress of America is working on passing a new regulation
that would give the American Treasury department the power to
set "fair" maximum salaries, evaluate performance and control
how private companies give out pay raises and bonuses? Senator
Barney Franks, a social pervert basking in his homosexuality
(of course, amongst the modern, enlightened American societal
norm, as well as that of the general West, homosexuality is
not only not a looked down upon life choice, but is often
praised as a virtue) and his Marxist enlightenment, has led
this effort. He stresses that this only affects companies that
receive government monies, but it is retroactive and taken to
a logical extreme, this would include any company or industry
that has ever received a tax break or incentive.
The Russian owners
of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully
at this and the option of closing their facilities down and
fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other
words, divest while there is still value left.
The proud American
will go down into his slavery without a fight, beating his
chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The
world will only snicker.
With the United States battling Islamist
extremists, making America's case to Muslims around the world has
never been more of a priority for policymakers. Unfortunately, the
State Department continues to take a counterproductive approach:
serving as a veritable infomercial promoting Islamist
organizations like the Council on American-Islamic Relations
(CAIR), the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) and the Islamic
Society of North America (ISNA) while giving the back of the hand
to the very anti-jihadist Muslims that Washington should be
cultivating. The latest example is a State Department booklet
issued in March titled "Being Muslim in
America."
Do a search on JoshuaPundit for
any one of these organizations, and you will find that they are
mainly wahabi and Muslim Brotherhood Islamist fronts, mostly Saudi
funded.
They are organs of the so-called 'stealth jihad'
that seeks to radicalize American Muslims while pushing for sharia
law and the ultimate Islamization of the
country.
The booklet in question, entitled "Muslim
In America" is designed for US Diplomatic personnel to hand out to
Muslims overseas ostensibly to show that the US is a Muslim friendly
country, sensitive to Muslim values. Instead, it touts the values of
Islamists like the ones mentioned above:
Unfortunately, the substance of the booklet is so
flawed that it could undermine the struggle against this form
of radicalism. It perpetuates the mythology that American
Muslims are united in the belief that law enforcement and the
public are willing to flout innocent Muslims' civil
rights post-September 11, describing American Muslim reactions
to the attacks as follows:
"A new, truly American Islam
is emerging, shaped by American freedoms, but also by the
aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks -- planned and
executed by non-Americans -- [which] raised suspicions among other
Americans whose immediate responses, racial profiling among
them, triggered in return a measure of Muslim-American
alienation."
Then:
"Sadly, suspicions of this kind
are not uncommon -- in the United States or in other nations –
during wartime or when outside attack is feared. But 2008 is
not 2002, when fears and suspicions were at their height. Context
is also important: Every significant immigrant group has in the
United States faced, and overcame, a degree of discrimination
and resentment."
This is an extremely tendentious, even
intellectually dishonest, description of September 11 and its
aftermath. From reading it, one would have no idea that there have
been numerous convictions and guilty pleas on terrorism-related
charges since September 11 that involved Muslims living in the
United States, including terrorist plots to attack
the military base at Ft. Dix, N.J., to create a terrorist
training camp in Bly, Oregon and to
attack U.S. military and Jewish targets in
California.
Also omitted from the booklet is the fact that
organizations like CAIR and the Islamic Society of North America
(ISNA) were listed by the government as unindicted
co-conspirators in the federal government's prosecution of the
Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) -- in which
the Justice Department won
convictions of five former HLF officials for providing money
to the terrorist organization Hamas. But from reading this passage
in "Being Muslim in America," one would get the impression that
public concern about Islamist terror has no basis in reality
and is merely the result of backward Americans' "discrimination
and resentment."
One picture on page 15 of the booklet
shows people marching under a CAIR banner and has a caption
reading: "Muslims march to support volunteerism." The identical
picture appeared at the top of CAIR's website when IPT News
accessed it May 15.
In reality, CAIR was created as a front
for Hamas and it has defended radical Islamists since 1994. See

Executive Director Nihad
Awad typifies this see-no-evil attitude toward jihadist
terror. He has repeatedly defended the HLF. At a May 2003 forum at
the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, an
audience member commented that the Justice Department has released
reams of information showing that the HLF and another charity
whose assets were frozen "have direct connections and in fact
their leadership was the leadership of al Qaeda and Hamas." Awad
replied: "I am sure if we…put under the microscope, every major
civic or political organization in this country, including the Red
Cross, you will see that some dollars went here and there in some
country, but you don't shut down the entire operation of the Red
Cross."
CAIR officials >dismissed
the verdict of 12 jurors in HLF's Hamas-financing trial as
"based more on fear-mongering than on the facts" and predicted it
would be overturned on appeal.
Awad has steadfastly
defended Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) supporter Sami Al-Arian,
despite evidence that Al-Arian served on the PIJ governing board.
Al-Arian is fighting a criminal
contempt charge, triggered by his refusal to testify before
a federal grand jury investigating terror financing in Virginia
despite a grant of immunity. He claims his 2006 plea agreement to
conspiring to provide goods and services to the PIJ absolved him
of any future testimony, be it voluntary or compelled by subpoena.
The plea
agreement itself contains no such language. U.S. District
Judge James S. Moody blasted Al-Arian as a "master
manipulator" at his sentencing in the PIJ support case, saying
Al-Arian lied to the public about his PIJ support.
Yet,
during an August 2008 forum on the contempt case, Awad argued it
was motivated by bigotry against Muslims:
"And I believe
he's being punished for this, belonging to a minority –
Palestinian, Arab, Muslim in America is not like the best thing to
be in America today. So he's being the victim of this malicious
misunderstanding in this midst of increased Islamophobia in
America."

Public Confidence in Free Fall over Administration’s Approach to
Terrorist Threat
The
American people are growing increasingly concerned about the
Administration’s strategy – or lack thereof – when it comes to
confronting and defeating the terrorist threat. According to a recent
Rasmussen poll, only 42% of Americans believe we are winning the
war on terrorism. That’s a 20 point drop since February – a huge
decline in confidence as the Administration begins its second 100
days.
Why
are Americans having such misgivings about the Administration’s
approach to the threat of radical Jihadists? A new web video
highlights some of the reasons – reasons underscored in a NBC
News/Wall Street Journalpoll
released last week. The poll showed that a majority of
Americans oppose the Administration’s political decision to
selectively release memos detailing advanced interrogation
techniques used on terrorists and oppose the President’s plan to
close a terrorist detention facility with no plan for what to do
with the terrorists housed there.
On
Day 101 of the Administration, the President and Congress are being
called upon to make a commitment to an overarching strategy for
fighting and defeating terrorism. As recent polling, the web video,
and the Administration’s piecemeal, political actions in determining
how to deal with the terrorist threat make clear, that strategy
doesn’t exist – and that has the American people concerned. Is the
Administration prepared to do develop that strategy?

What recession? It’s Wednesday night and the best party in
town is CAIR’s branch office at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue where the
chronically unhappy wealthy anarchists, aspiring revolutionaries and
hypocrites so concerned about the “poor folk,“ go to kick-up their
heels, score some gourmet eats, swig the finest alcohol, and breathe
the intergalactic dust; on your dime. Let’s party!
Lavish galas aren’t new to an administration that blew the doors
off the budget in Denver with a Greek columns stage, or the
multi-million dollar victory celebration in Chicago, or the $170
million inauguration cost (ABC News). The rest of us uninvited
idiots will pay for it.
Are we to expect an “Entertainment Bailout” next? Michelle
and Barack have been throwing taxpayer funded parties nearly every
night with “friends and supporters.” In true leftist fashion,
keep the focus on those evil corporate bailouts and no-one will
notice the ten thousand dollar lobster bill at your house party for
friends. Nice. Extravagant cocktail parties are a far
cry from the days of Jimmy Carter, sitting in his sweater and
complaining that Roslyn complained of being cold. These
parties, according to the lap dog press, represent a new way of how
we should be thinking about ourselves. Allow me a giggle, I
doubt Osama’s “Conga line” gives anyone a sense of “hope,”
especially when lost jobs and foreclosures continue to rise.
George and Laura Bush, those extravagant wealthy
Republicans, entertained infrequently, were often in bed by 10 p.m.
and kept a tame social life. No wonder loony lefties hated
them.. Note to future Republican candidates: Throw blow-out
no-expense-spared parties featuring a black rap star, invite
terrorist anti-American Muslims or anarchist bombers and you’ll be
popular with the press.
The Obama’s hosted a dinner for 200 congressional leaders and
their spouses in the East Room, honored Stevie Wonder with a glitzy
tribute concert and the first lady invited Sweet Honey in the Rock
to perform. I have nothing against Stevie Wonder, but I’m
struggling to justify the use of my tax dollars to throw him a
party. I’m missing something? Stevie has come-up with a
cure for cancer to heal mankind? His physics paper will create
a new source of energy? There are also informal receptions;
cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
Looking to score a creamy stiff engraved invitation to one of
these hog trough flesh-pressing gatherings? Don’t count on it
unless you are a distinguished member of the Democrat Congress,
Congressional Black Caucus, CAIR, Nations of Islam, a hefty
contributor, or some other outfit looking to score a party on the
back of John Q. Citizen. In typical Obama “transparency,” the
cost of these gigs will never be revealed. Stupid extremist
conservatives would probably just take the cold hard numbers out of
context, like we do the cost of those three extra C-17 military jets
that accompany Air Force One on every flight at a block-to-block
cost of $2 million each.
Leftie lap dogs will rebuff this with fluttering hands in
supplication and approval “these parties are work.” Of
course they are, and I am Santa Clause. The last time someone
“worked” like this he was playing a fiddle while his city
burned. The parties are a portrayal of the hollowness of this
administration. The charm of liquor is not that it distorts
perceptions, it merely lifts them from their anxiety that knowing a
few blocks down the street starts the Washington, D.C. ghetto
neighborhoods.
Does this party atmosphere send the wrong message when viewed
through the wide-angle lens of a hurting America? Obviously
not. Culturally, we avert our eyes from the uncomfortable gaze
of raw truth. Liberals ebulliently wrap themselves in the
sumptuous cloak of hypocrisy while inhaling with glee the awful
workings of capitalism. Obama still emits enough anesthesia
that no one cares if he’s even an American citizen, pals-around with
anti-American Muslims and terrorists, or hates white folks.
The next bash is Wednesday night. Perhaps TMZ or
Entertainment Tonight will start covering these parties so that you
can see your “economic stimulus” at play, er…work.

According to Discover the Networks,
Families USA is a member of the "Progressive States Network", which works
closely with (you guessed it) ACORN and the
SEIU. These ultra-partisan groups have truly one
agenda: big government.
Data from the Census Bureau debunks the lie
continually promoted by the mainstream media of the legendary
47 million uninsured Americans:
• 9.5
million people are illegal aliens • 8.3 million uninsured people
are those who make between $50,000 and $74,999 per year and choose
not to purchase insurance • 8.7 million uninsured people are
those who make over $75,000 a year and choose not to purchase
insurance
This leaves approximately 20 million uninsured;
less than 7% of the population. Why do some people choose not to
purchase insurance? 60 percent reported being in "excellent health
or very good health" and purposefully decided not to buy
insurance.
Further, 45% of the uninsured will have
insurance within the next four months according to the Congressional
Budget Office. Many are transitioning between jobs and purchase
health insurance through their employers.
So what is the true
extent of the "health care crisis" continually marketed by the big
government leftists? The Kaiser Family Foundation, a liberal
non-profit frequently quoted by the media, puts the number of
uninsured Americans who do not qualify for current government
programs and make less than $50,000 a year between 13.9 million and
8.2 million. That is a much smaller figure than the media report and
is also subject to "the 45% rule", wherein that percentage will
transition to new jobs within a four-month
time-frame.
The
mainstream media's willingness to act as an unthinking public
relations arm for a tiny minority of left-wing radicals is truly
despicable. But it's not unexpected for an industry destined, in
large part, for the black hole of bankruptcy.

The following is a preface to today's news of the
destruction of America from

THOSE primarily responsible for the aforementioned
destruction are the radical left main stream press who refused to do
their job to properly vet the most unqualified candidate in the
history of American politics to ever run for the presidency.
We're talking about a man who wouldn't even come close
to getting the lowest of security clearances in any defense
related field but who was given a free pass by the
aforementioned press that was more concerned with Gov. Palin's
wardrobe then they were about the security of our country.
Personally, I couldn't care less about whether the
president of the United States is red, white, blue, yellow,
black, green, or polka-dot. I do care about whether or not
that person is fit to be president by showing an understanding that
man's laws are subservient to God's in the moral order first and
foremost, and that there is no hope of God's blessing for America if
God is trashed as a matter of course by the Godless in power.
Last I
saw, the Declaration of Independence has not been modified by the
aforementioned Godless but, no doubt, that's coming being as they
cannot stand the thought of an America with citizens having
inalienable rights given them by God for the common good.
What God
has given, man CANNOT take away, PERIOD! That little fact
bothers the Obamanistas to no end, which is why they're moving at
light speed to get as much of their Godless agenda to destroy
America from within in place before those in comatose states wake up
as to what they're doing! By then, it will be too late!
So when
you see your country's future going down the tubes, and with it,
your future, your children's and grandchildren's future buried under
an insurmountable debt that is exponentially increasing on an almost
daily basis, look to who's primarly responsible for this, PRAVDA
USA, and let them know, in no uncertain terms, that you know

As tax day approaches there is a crescendo growing across America
in the form of organized protests, also known as tea parties, and
the noise is on a path to becoming deafening. Thousands of rallies
are planned across the country; one in every single congressional
district and larger gatherings slated for cities like New York,
Sacramento and Atlanta which hope to boast an upwards of 20,000

Those who discount the frustration and fury across America should
so do at their own peril, particularly incumbents who voted for the
Obama budget. This time anger is being transformed into
action. Each person who participates in a Tax Day Tea Party is
being asked to organize a group of friends, family and neighbors.
These groups will be asked to develop a consensus around two
candidates, a fiscally responsible Democrat and Republican that they
can unite behind to support in 2010 to unseat their big spending
representative.
Though many on the far left continue to ignore or downplay the
rage claiming that these gatherings are only for conservatives, all
evidence is to the contrary. A recent FOX News poll found that 47
percent of respondents were willing to participate in a Tax Day Tea
Party, along with 29 percent of Democrats and 29 percent of
independents. By April 15th, organizers hope to have a database
filled with a quarter of a million names representing a broad
spectrum of political affiliations.
The message is simple: repeal the pork, cut taxes

key. Massive government control is a clear threat to our
liberties and our values of American exceptionalism. The argument
from Tax Day to Election Day 2010 should be focused on helping
voters connect the dots, not only about why we can’t afford to spend
money we don’t have or why we can’t trust Washington, but also
about how spending and borrowing will cause irreversible damage to
our union and put us on a slippery slope toward a European model of
stagnate economies, welfare states and mediocrity. Plainly put: the
spending and borrowing threatens our greatness.
The fundamental difference between tea totalers and those who
are drinking the leftist Kool-Aid is how they view
decision-making. The Kool-Aid clan believes that government is
better equipped to make choices than a country’s citizens, that they
are entitled to our earnings, and that what we get back is simply a
giveaway. They feel they know best how to spend it, not us,
and simply don’t trust us if left to our own devices.
Every time the government assumes control of our rights
and choices whether it is on health care or education,
finances, family or faith, it sucks the life out of each one,
eventually causing the decay of individual empowerment. As power is
increasingly transferred to the government, it will seek to dilute
and destroy our most precious values — from the sanctity of marriage
to the right to bear arms, free speech and other fundamentals of our
constitution.
The Obama Doctrine seeks to do just that: strip power from
people, put government — and ultimately the tenants of radicalism —
in control. This has a direct impact on our communities and our
culture. And once the our culture has decayed, there is nothing left
to fight for, which is why we must not cease or waiver in this, and
all other, efforts to protect our freedoms.
The culmination of a resistance movement is more than brewing;
the tea parties will bring the outrage to a full boil. Though the
tea might steep on Wednesday, the battle to protect our nation from
socialism’s effect on our culture and our American exceptionalism

Tasked by the FBI to provide
"informational analysis" on conditions which could be
construed as potentially harmful to civil order and national
security, InfraGard, of the FBI's National Infrastructure
Protection Center (NIPC), issued an unclassified Protective
Intelligence Communication report in March 2009 regarding the
"crescendo" of public concern about Obama's
presidential eligibility.
Authored by Dr. Lyle
J. Rapacki, Protective Intelligence Specialist and Agent, the
report summarizes the substance of legal challenges to Obama
on the question of his constitutional eligibility and
concludes that if it "should be discovered Mr. Obama
is ineligible, a constitutional crisis would ensue attempting
to determine which of his executive branch orders should be
valid." It goes on to warn that "if...Mr. Obama
fights revealing his documentation, there is growing concern
of civil unrest, or worse, being unleashed in the streets of
our nation. The economic crisis coupled with this type of a
constitutional crisis could prove to be a flashpoint that
would test conventional law enforcement and elements of
homeland security."
The stream of law suits,
the most recent of which have been tendered by high
ranking military officers and state legislators, to
compel Obama to prove his eligibility have been unremitting
and increasingly vocal. A request for "quo warranto" action,
an apparent last-ditch legal remedy, was recently delivered to
both the US Attorney for the District of Columbia and to the
Attorney General.
Dovetailing with this unsettling
assessment, and pretty much out of public view, are the
following national security developments which, in their
totality, could well signal acute domestic instability in the
period ahead.
Upon the recommendation of the Army's
Strategic Studies Institute, The Army Times reported that a
somewhat euphemistically dubbed "Consequence Management
Response Force (CCMRF)," currently the role of the 3rd
Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team, but which,
reportedly, might eventually comprise upwards of
80,000 troops, is being trained and readied to deal with what
could be widespread civil disorder resulting from an
"unforeseen economic collapse" or "loss of a functional
political and legal order."
Symptomatic of
festering civil unrest are the many "tea parties" springing up
around the country, growing fears of economic disintegration
and of both crippling terrorist attacks and even of
perceived federal overreaching. Add to this
the very real threat of a rogue nuclear EMP (electro-magnetic
pulse) attack on the homeland which could instantaneously
reduce the country to a paralytic pre-industrial condition,
plus the unrest on our southern border, and there appears to
be ample and justifiable cause for concern and appropriate
contingency planning at every level of government.
March 26, 2009 – True to his
campaign promises, President Barack Hussein Obama has picked a
rabid judicial activist as his first federal court pick. Judge
David Hamilton has been chosen by Obama to serve on the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
Hamilton is
precisely what Obama wants in a judge: Someone who ignores the
Constitution and imposes his own liberal ideas on each case.
Hamilton will have what Obama calls “empathy” for the poor,
child molesters, abortionists, murderers, etc.
Hamilton
has ideal liberal credentials. He is a former ACLU lawyer and
was a fundraiser for the corrupt group known as ACORN. This
organization engages in fraudulent voter registration
campaigns and is deeply involved in housing and poverty
issues. Obama was an attorney for ACORN when he worked as a
“community organizer” in Chicago. ACORN will be gathering data
for the 2010 Census.
This lawyer is so radical that the
liberal ABA rated him as “not qualified” when Bill Clinton
nominated him for a district court post in
1994.

Obama Insists We "Respect" Blood Libel
and Calls for Annihilation Even if We Disagree
Earlier today Obama made this pathetic speech (here's the video) to the Muslim nation of
Turkey:
We seek broader
engagement based upon mutual interest and mutual respect. We
will listen carefully, we will bridge
misunderstanding, and we will seek common ground. We will be
respectful even when we do not agree.
In one broad stroke, Barack the barbarian whitewashes any
crimes against humanity with impunity.
So are we to understand that the constant malignant drone
of the most hateful incitement to Jew hatred and Jewish blood
libel is to be "respected"? Iran's call to wipe Israel off the
face of the earth is to be respected? Death to America is to
be respected?Is this to be respected? Or this?
If you were dropped into this moment in time without any
context to explain his remarks, you'd think you were listening
to the surrender speech of a once great nation.
There are more. I just stopped listing them
because I grew weary -- so weary -- of the physical labor associated
with cutting and pasting.
During his presidential campaign, then-Senator Obama spoke to a conference of Family USA
activists and promised, "I am absolutely determined that
by the end of the first term of the next president, we should have
universal health care in this country."
Further, 45% of the uninsured will have
insurance within the next four months according to the Congressional
Budget Office. Many are transitioning between jobs and purchase
health insurance through their employers.
